There is no designated Club parking for ATC members or staff, however there is free municipal parking that is shared with the public and paid parking locally which can be found online. Please consider car-pooling, riding your bike or walking.

Please enter the Club through the parking lot at the end of Lodor Street, behind the Ancaster Lawn bowling clubhouse following the paved pathways to the courts or our clubhouse. This is the only city-sanctioned entrance that has lights and is plowed in the winter.

The City of Hamilton is responsible for the maintenance of the property around the Club, the outdoors lights, the concrete pathway and the clubhouse repairs.
The Club is responsible for maintaining the paved pathway from the clubhouse to the court entrance.

Program Registration for all Spring/Summer (SS) programs open:
1. Members – First week of April

To update your Credit Card on File please:
1. Login to your Portal
2. Under the “My Payment” section click on “Save/Update My Credit Card on File”
3. Enter your new credit card information and click “Submit Payment”
4. The club only accepts Visa or Mastercard CREDIT Cards.
Members’ FAQs

You must be a member to take Private Lessons. Check out our Private Lessons tab under the Programs tab! If you have any questions about private lessons, speak to one of our coaches or email the club at coordinatoratc@outlook.com

At the beginning of the season, the coaches offer scheduled drop-in evaluation sessions. It’s a 15-minute session to assess your skill level. Evaluations are necessary for all Adult Program sign-ups except F.A.S.T. There is a $10 fee payable to the coach on site.

The clubhouse and tennis courts are always locked. So please bring your keycard with you when you play tennis.

If your keycard doesn’t work, bring it to one of the club coordinators during office hours and we will fix it for you.

Non-members’ FAQs

You MUST be an Ancaster Tennis Club Member to take Private Lessons.

We offer Adult and Junior Programs for non-members. A member can also bring you in as a Guest to play with them, you will need to pay them the appropriate Guest Fee directly.

Don't you worry! Just put your email in as if you had a login, then it will tell you that they don't recognize the email, and you have to set an account up. Follow the prompt and make a new login to register for programs.
