Winter Rules
All courts must be booked before playing using the ATC website.
Credit cards must be on file in order to book courts.
Court 1 (winter PRO court) may be booked 4 days in advance.
Courts 2-5 may be booked 7 days in advance.
The Pro may book Court 1 in advance of members for personal play.
Please change Wet Footwear in the Foyer Area before proceeding to the Court.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday to Saturday: 7am-11:00pm
(last booking at 10:00pm)
Sunday: 7am-6:00pm
(last booking at 5:00pm)
PRIME TIME HOURS
Monday to Sunday: AM > 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: PM > 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
During prime time, maximum of one hour of singles or two hours of doubles per day.
Otherwise, no restrictions on number of hours booked daily per person.
COURT FEES
$22.00 + HST per hour
(divided evenly between all players on booking)
CANCELLATION OF COURT
If no longer able to play, courts must be cancelled by booking members.
Credit applied if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of court time.
Non-Refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of court time.
Repeated no-shows may result in the removal of booking privileges.
GUESTS
Guest Fees:
$15 + HST (Adult)
$7.50 + HST (Junior)
Members who book the courts will be charged a guest fee when booking the court.
No restriction on number of times a guest can play.

GENERAL COURT RULES
Balls on court – maximum six balls (except solo rental of court with ball machine/serve hopper/coach’s court).
Appropriate tennis attire is required, including non-marking tennis/running shoes.
Players to vacate court promptly when when 2nd buzzer rings or at the top of the hour.
Please do not walk, run, or stand behind a court while a point or play is in progress.
No more than four players on the court without a coach.
Coaching may only be provided by Club Sanctioned Teaching Professionals.
Observe common rules of tennis etiquette.
Please be mindful of the level of noise on the deck while play happening.
Ball Machine (Currently Not Available)
The ball machine must be booked online, and the fee charged to the member’s account.
Before booking the ball machine, please see club coordinators or head pro for instructions.
No smoking or alcohol is permitted.
No music allowed, except for Board-approved special events.
Summer Rules

Court 5 may be booked 24 hours in advance only.
Court 5 can be booked by the Pro anytime in advance of members for personal play.
