Members can sign-up for programs 4 weeks in advance of Program start date.
Non-Members (when allowed) can sign-up for programs 2 weeks in advance of program start date.
Program Registration closes 7 days in advance of program start date not including the start date. For example, if a program starts Monday, May 17th, the last date to sign-up is Sunday, May 10th.
Members for programs can register within 7 days if there are still spots available.
B) Insufficient Registration
Head Pro reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient registration.
In this case the participant can either i) use paid sum for credit towards a future program or ii) ask for a full refund.
C) Program Refund
Participant will be refunded for the entire session if they withdraw registration more than 7 days in advance i.e., on May 10th for a May 17th program start date.
If withdrawn within 7 days the participant will be refunded the cost of the sessions minus the cost of one class.
If participant withdraws on the date of the second class no refund will be given.
D) Program Rain Cancellation
Every program has a rain date or rain week scheduled.
If no rain date is scheduled for a program the participant will be refunded the cost of the rained-out class.
If 50% of a class is completed then no refund will be issued for that class.
Pros will inform players via email 1 hr in advance of a class if it is cancelled due to rain.
E) Sickness (During Covid-19 Restrictions only)
If you are not able to attend due to sickness and you inform the pro before the class starts, refund will be granted.
When not in Covid-19 the standard Program Refund Policy (Policy C) applies for sickness as well.
F) Private/Semi-Private/Groups of 3 and 4 Lessons
If cancelled by member MORE than 48 hours in advance a full refund will be given.
If cancelled within 48 hours of lesson no refund will be granted.
If 15 to 30 minutes of a lesson are completed before conditions become unplayable due to rain a 50% refund of the lesson fee will be granted.
If over 30 mins of a lesson are completed before conditions become unplayable due to rain the full lesson fee is due.
The pro will contact their lesson 1 hour in advance of lesson if it is cancelled due to rain.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Court Rules and Etiquette
Suitable attire (no jeans, cut-offs) and non-marking tennis shoes must be worn on the courts. No shirt, no play!
Appropriate language and sportsmanship will be expected.
Please observe court etiquette:
--never walk behind another court while play is in progress
--wait for a break in play before interrupting others for whatever reason
--be mindful of stray balls rolling onto your court and return them to their source at the first break in your own play
--keep talking and other distractions to a minimum
