ADULT TENNIS LESSONS – ALL LEVELS

Choose the session best suited for you. Improve your weakest strokes and improve your strengths.

SIGN UP FOR STROKE IMPROVEMENT OF YOUR CHOICE: Cost: 4 week group lessons $80 (Max 6 per class)

Tuesdays 7-8pm

Week 1: Basic backhand, one or two handed

Week 2: Add defense - learn how to slice

Week 3: Add offense – learn how to topspin

Week 4: Learn tactically to use all 2 strokes in point play

 

Session 1: May 7, 14, 21, 28

Session 2: June 4, 11, 18, 25

Session 3: July 2, 9, 16, 23

ALL ABOUT SERVE & OVERHEAD SMASH

Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm

Week 1: Volley, forehand, backhand

Week 2: Swing volley & overhead

Week 3: Defensive volley

Week 4: Half-volley

 

Session 1: May 9, 16, 23, 30

Session 2: June 6, 13, 20, 27

Session 3: July 4, 11, 18, 25

 

All 4 weeks overhead practice each lesson.

Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm

Week 1: Flat or power serve

Week 2: Introduction to slice serve

Week 3: Serve & return of serve

Week 4: Service accuracy

 

Session 1: May 9, 16, 23, 30

Session 2: June 6, 13, 20, 27

Session 3: July 4, 11, 18, 25

IMPROVE YOUR CONSISTENCY, DEPTH TO FOREHAND, BACKHAND & SERVE

Sundays 10-11am

Session 1: May 12, 19, 26, June 2

Session 2: June 9, 16, 23, 30

ADULT GROUP LESSONS: Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm

LEARN TO PLAY TENNIS: NO TENNIS EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Weekly 1 hour lesson for 4 weeks.

INTRODUCTION:

Week 1: Forehand groundstroke

Week 2: Backhand groundstroke

Week 3: Serve, volley, overhead smash

Week 4: Play points, learn how to score

 

Session 1: May 8, 15, 22, 29

Session 2: June 5, 12, 19, 26

Session 3: July 3, 10, 17, 24

IMPROVE YOUR WEAKER SKILL – CHOOSE YOUR STROKE

4 WEEK SESSIONS FOCUSING ON ONLY ONE STROKE

Backhand – Review basic backhand drive, add defense slice backhand

Wednesdays 7:30 – 8:30pm

Session 1: May 8, 15, 22, 29

Session 2: June 5, 12, 19, 26

Session 3: July 3, 10, 17, 24

Under 2 years of experience or returning to play after long absence.

Improving basic strokes: Forehand, backhand, volley, overhead smash and serve.

CARDIO and TENNIS DRILLS- Sundays from 11am-12pm Starts May 19th.

Cost:$15/week 5+ Players, $20/week for less than 5 players.

Get a great workout while working on your footwork, hand eye coordination, speed and skills. Be prepared to sweat and work hard!

Daytime: 7-10am, Courts 1-4 are pre-booked

Duration: Runs May 1 – October 31

Level: All levels of play welcome

Level: Intermediate – advanced

ADULT ROUND ROBINS Registration Required (30 minute rotations)

Wednesday: Women’s Adv             6:30-7:30pm   Courts 1-3       M.15

Friday: Mixed Doubles                     7-8pm             Courts 1-3       M.17
